I started training with Seb at the beginning of 2025. I was about 105 kg at 6’1 and honestly not in a great place, so I reached out after a mate referred me.

Over the next 10 months Seb helped me get my head and habits back on track. I dropped 18 kg and now sit around 87 kg, feeling healthy and comfortable. The biggest thing wasn’t just the weight loss — it was the confidence and belief I built along the way.
