About jess
I am Passionate about health and wellness. My hobbies include going to the gym, hiking, driving cars, spending quality time with my dog, and focusing on self-reflection and self-improvement. At 16, I triumphed over a terminal illness called Aplastic Anemia after undergoing chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant. This experience ignited my passion for fitness.
During my treatment, I struggled with chronic fatigue, which made everyday tasks challenging. After overcoming my illness and entering remission, I began my gym journey to enhance my overall well-being and quality of life. Once I reached my recovery milestones, I shifted my focus to becoming strong, lean, and muscular. Training is now one of my favourite parts of the day!

About Seb
My life hasn’t always revolved around lifting weights and making progress; I once lived as a labourer, getting by day-to-day while aspiring to be a poet (seriously!). However, when I started lifting weights, I discovered my passion for the process and structure it involved. This led me to powerlifting, where I aimed to lift as much weight as possible, whether from the floor or my chest, and I noticed the positive changes in my physique.
Like many journeys, mine had its ups and downs over the years. I became deeply interested in the subject, and my mental health significantly improved during this time. To better understand this transformation, I studied behavioural science at university and later pursued an exercise and sports science degree. My goal was to combine both fields by helping my clients achieve a better quality of life. Not just through lifting heavy weights but by guiding them toward personal growth so they wouldn’t have to second-guess whether their efforts were leading them to become better versions of themselves, both inside and outside the gym.
Coaching has become my identity. I see myself as constantly evolving, seeking to educate as much as possible and guiding my clients toward a more purposeful pursuit of any outcomes they wish to achieve.
